I am a Spanish American, born in Ogden, Utah by two star crossed lovers sixty years ago.  Born with a designer's eye and a creative heart I forged myself into an artist of all genres, all mediums, and continue to do so today.

I joined America's Army at 17 and was injured while in the line of duty while serving. I was denied treatment. I left the  service broken and within a year I had taken a life.  I took a plea to account for my actions.   Five years later a Washington State House Bill (new law) allowed the prosecutor and judge "a second bite of the apple" (prosecute again for the same crime) in the Board setting.  "The Board" are people with powers that can approve or deny conditional release like parole.

This is what I'm fighting now.  The sales from my art are being used to fund my legal battle. This has been slow and arduous without the legal assistance I need.  American justice does not work like the constitution says, but if you have enough money you can afford a second chance.

I surround myself with creative people.  I'm an avid learner of new techniques in the art world.  Artist's see the world through slightly different lenses and I find I'm no different.  A daisy is one Man's weed and another Man's Picasso.  I see the beauty in our world and wish to draw it and share it with others.  Can you see what I see?
I live light hearted despite my condition, because life has way too much drama in it already.  Solutions.  Creativity.  Humanity!
